1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the Immaculate Management Group compliance portal (the "Service") you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to submit compliance documents on behalf of your property or organization. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
- Only upload documents you are authorized to submit.
- Do not upload malware, illegal content, or material that infringes third-party rights.
- Do not attempt to access another organization's data or bypass security controls.
4. Compliance reviews
The Service provides document organization and review against current HUD, LIHTC, and HOTMA standards. We do not guarantee a specific audit outcome and are not a substitute for legal, tax, or accounting advice. You remain responsible for the accuracy of documents you submit.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of documents you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and review those documents solely to provide the Service. We may retain audit logs and metadata as required by housing program rules.
6. Fees
Access to the Service may be free or subject to a subscription as agreed with your organization. Fees, if any, are described in your service agreement.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or applicable law. Documents may be retained as required by housing program rules following termination.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Immaculate Management Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
